With too many cliches to choose from to describe the past year, the challenges, and the drive to find the silver lining, I will choose this, one of my 7-year-old daughters’ favorite, “Every challenge leads to a new opportunity.” It’s a good one, and one I have taught her, only to find the words bounced back to me. This year has been a battle, but first and foremost to put it into perspective, my family near and far, has remained mostly healthy and able to work and manage during the pandemic. So for that, I am incredibly grateful. Obviously, my job, my passion, and the projects I have been knowingly and unknowingly working towards for over 20 years all crumbled, like the entire music industry, but through those fractures, new ideas have taken root.<\/p>\n
Now that all the WinterWonderGrass Festivals have moved to 2022, with Colorado taking place February 25-27, 2022 and California April 1-3, 2022, the path is clear. While we are planning the multi-day RiverWonderGrass Expeditions in Dinosaur National Monument, we are also brewing some nice river events at Rancho Del Rio, back to the roots.<\/p>\n
