On Friday, October 4th, we will begin processing refunds for all GA and VIP tickets. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

What to expect…

Refunds for all GA and VIP ticket types will be processed with only the non-refundable credit card processing fees excluded. In light of this unique situation, Tixr has generously decided to waive their service fees, allowing them to be included in your refund. We understand that changes can be disappointing, and appreciate your understanding as we strive to accommodate everyone as best as we can.

Your refund will be processed and credited to the original card on file on Friday, October 4th. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account after this date.

If you no longer have access to the card used for your purchase, please rest assured that your bank can assist in redirecting the refund to your current account. These transactions are flagged for manual processing by bank operators, ensuring that you will still receive your refund, even without the original card.

If you have filed a dispute/chargeback with your bank or credit card company for this event, you will not be eligible for a refund.
